Summary
Join Procore as a Strategic Product Consultant to specialize in Project Management and Quality & Safety product lines for Owners. Leverage your consultative mindset and industry knowledge to provide clients with best practices using Procore's software. Partner with Implementation and Customer Success Managers, supplementing client training with technical expertise. Successful candidates are technology enthusiasts passionate about modernizing construction. This role reports to the Senior Manager and can be based in Carpinteria, CA, Austin, TX, New York, NY, or remotely in the US. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including equity compensation. Immediate start is preferred.
Requirements
- Real estate development and construction industry professionals with 8+ years of experience looking to transition into a fast-paced software consulting and advisory role
- Previous experience as Project Manager or Construction Manager
- Experience managing project development, including scope definition, site selection, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, procurement, schedule, and construction
- Experience managing project construction, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documents and schedule, quality control and safety
Responsibilities
- Work with Implementation Managers to develop clients into Procore experts and evangelists through consultation
- Leverage knowledge of the real estate development and construction industry to improve client business processes in Procore and across the client’s entire organization
- Provide the highest level of service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication
- Foster a positive team culture by onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
- Collaborate with all levels of the Procore organization to develop best practices and drive Procore’s evolution as a market leader
- Develop a mastery of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and Customer Success best practices
- Up to 50% travel to client sites (may include domestic and international), industry events, and other Procore offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience establishing SOPs

- Base Pay Range $154,224 - $212,058 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $181,440- $249,480
