Summary
Join the Ethereum Foundation as a Strategic Projects Lead and directly support the President of the Board. You will drive strategic planning and execution of high-leverage initiatives in education, communications, and institutional relationships. This role involves coordinating projects, people, and partnerships, requiring strategic thinking, execution, and relationship management skills. You will help steward Ethereum’s public voice and global impact. The ideal candidate is resourceful, adaptable, optimistic, and a skilled communicator. This is a full-time, fully remote position with flexible work hours and occasional international travel.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with leadership teams and executives (in Chief of Staff, executive operations, strategic advisory, consulting, or project management roles)
- Proven ability to design and lead diverse projects in collaboration with contributors from various teams, backgrounds, and areas of expertise
- Demonstrated success building and managing relationships with high-level stakeholders across different organizations, sectors, and geographies
- Strong familiarity with modern workflow and collaboration tools, including Notion, Discord, Google Docs, Airtable, Zoom, Telegram, Signal, and AI tools
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of initiatives in education, communications, and institutional relationships, translating the President’s vision into action
- Work with a small team and ad-hoc contributors, in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities
- Identify and build relationships with partners who are positioned to amplify and advance Ethereum’s values globally
- Support executive communications and decision-making, helping the President stay informed and effective across diverse initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the web3 industry or the Ethereum ecosystem
