Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus
- 6+ years in strategic project management, business development, or a related field, ideally within the tech or entertainment industries
- Native-level English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in high-stakes, professional environments
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships with autonomy and accountability
- Track record of conducting market research and transforming data into clear, actionable strategies
- Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations and documentation tailored to different audiences
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies with measurable impact
- Strong bias for action with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and continuously learning in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing structured feedback, and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
- Define and implement scalable strategies to improve proposal quality, team efficiency, and vertical growth performance
- Own opportunity qualification and vertical growth planning, ensuring alignment with Fever’s commercial objectives
- Act as the strategic liaison for senior internal and external stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability across teams
- Ensure consistent quality and impact across all materials delivered by the team, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
- Coordinate complex initiatives across Product, Engineering, BD, and Legal to ensure flawless execution and delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing RFPs, public tenders, or strategic bidding processes is a strong plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Looker), and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana)
