Summary

Join SprintRay as a Strategic Relationship Manager, Global Partnerships, and be responsible for developing and executing engagement strategies with key global partners. You will serve as the central point of contact between SprintRay and partner organizations, fostering collaboration across all levels. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of channel partnership dynamics, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to create and execute partner business plans driving revenue and growth. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing the global partner engagement model, building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders, and creating and executing annual business plans. You will also deliver against key metrics, lead quarterly business reviews, collaborate with key opinion leaders and partner field teams, and address partner escalations. Finally, you will identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and partner influence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience managing strategic or key accounts in high-growth B2B tech environments
  • 5+ years of experience in the dental industry or digital dentistry, ideally in direct or channel sales
  • Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and complex, global partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and building executive trust
  • Proficiency in CRM and account management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage SprintRay’s global partner engagement model
  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with strategic channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Create and execute annual business plans aligned with joint revenue and margin goals
  • Deliver against key metrics: revenue, gross margin, share of wallet, and new product/service launches
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and track performance using Start/Stop/Continue frameworks
  • Collaborate with KOLs and partner field teams to drive clinical and commercial influence
  • Address partner escalations swiftly, documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement
  • Align internal teams (sales, marketing, support) with partner initiatives to ensure success across the entire ecosystem
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share and partner influence

Benefits

$75K - $130 plus competitive variable commission plan
