As a key contributor to the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing novel solutions for execution of clinical trials services, leading cross-functional teams, and driving deals through the sales lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field
  • 5+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical operations experience (or equivalent)
  • Medical and scientific knowledge required
  • 3+ years in an external-facing role leading or as a significant contributor to interactions with industry professionals/executives
  • Track record of top performance and consistently meeting/exceeding goals

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement novel, robust, and compelling solutions for execution of Lindus Health's clinical trials services
  • Lead cross-functional teams to determine go/no-go decisions for new clinical trials
  • Create the overall solution for a customer clinical trial, including proposal and pricing
  • Position Lindus Health as the obvious choice for running a given clinical trial
  • Drive deals through the sales lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met within determined timeframes
