Requirements

  • B2B SaaS experience (15+ years) with a strong background in management consulting, product management and deep expertise in complex B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills - both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on ambiguous problems and make informed decisions with a mix of data and intuition
  • Strong technical knowledge of software platforms and communicating the value they deliver to users and organizations
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management for conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to inform and adjust GTM strategy
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, marketing, operations, client success and sales to define and execute campaigns
  • People management experience with extensive cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical aspects of the solutions strategy, including evaluating tech stack feasibility and architecture
  • Develop and advocate for an external consolidation strategy, leveraging deep technical expertise
  • Serve as a trusted advisor both externally and internally, driving large-scale transformations across security functions and tactfully positioning Ontic as the leading solution for successful transformations
  • Collaborate with our most strategic clients, prospects and sales teams to promote Ontic’s unified platform strategy, validate client needs and solutions, develop business cases and create frameworks for scalable, repeatable playbooks and processes
  • Advocate for new product capabilities, acting as an evangelist for Ontic's solutions
  • Leverage technical consulting expertise to identify opportunities for technology stack consolidation and transformation with large customers, providing strategic guidance throughout the process
  • Represent Ontic at industry events, delivering thought leadership and promoting Ontic's vision
  • Collaborate with leadership on key initiatives such as vision casting, technical discovery, and scoping
  • Working with Product Marketing and Enablement, design repeatable playbooks, frameworks, and process checklists to facilitate strategic customer transformations, ensuring scalability and adoption throughout Ontic
  • Guide customer-facing teams (sales, solutions architects) in effectively positioning Ontic's platform solutions, building business justifications, and executing transformation initiatives
  • Maintain cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, client success, product, and operations teams, ensuring cohesive execution of Ontic's product solutions strategy and transformation initiatives
  • Drive engagement with IT and InfoSec teams, focusing on solution architecture, implementation roadmaps, integrations, and competitive positioning
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams, sharing market insights that address identified gaps and solidify Ontic's market leadership
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop compelling value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and drive solution adoption
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion into new regions or industry verticals, driving growth and diversification
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and enhance brand visibility
