Summary

Join ezCater as a Strategic Technology Partnership Manager and collaborate with third-party vendors to enhance the company's technology solutions. You will establish and maintain integration relationships, ensuring seamless functionality with customer and restaurant partner ecosystems. Monitor technology trends to identify new partners and support sales and solutions teams in early partner discussions. Work with product teams to improve the platform and negotiate commercial terms with strategic partners. This role requires hands-on experience in technology and relationship management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Management, or 10+ years relative field of study
  • 5+ years of experience hands-on in technology and relationship management
  • Ability to resolve issues under pressure
  • Ability to understand how data relates to business needs and objectives
  • Proven work experience with integrations and data exchanges between businesses
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to consult directly with current or potential vendor partners
  • Strong technical knowledge and the ability to consult with restaurant brands on their technical and operational needs
  • Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders including IT, Marketing, Operations, Product and Sales
  • Extensive curiosity and creativity to help solve complex operational catering challenges
  • Operational understanding of technical integrations and the ability to design outside the box solutions based on partner technical constraints

Responsibilities

  • Work with and support the Product and Sales Teams to identify and develop commercial relationships with new potential partners
  • Be knowledgeable, identify industry trending technology partners, and build partnerships where appropriate
  • Work with and support existing ezCater vendor partnerships, maintaining a strong relationship with them to understand their changing priorities
  • Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate partnership referral discussions between ezCater and strategic partners
  • Help Product Teams calculate ROI on all technical partnership investments
  • Travel to partner on-site meetings and trade shows as needed
