Summary

Join Supermetrics' technology partnerships team as a senior individual contributor and play a key role in driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships. Manage and expand a portfolio of existing partnerships, developing business cases and opportunities for new partnerships. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, sales, and customer success, to achieve company objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, identify new business opportunities, and represent Supermetrics at industry events. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders on business progress and key initiatives. This role requires in-depth experience in technology partnerships within a rapidly growing software company, particularly in adtech, martech, or cloud ISV partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • In-depth experience in technology partnerships in a rapidly growing global software company, with efforts that contribute to strategic goals and revenue growth
  • Working with adtech, martech or cloud ISV partnerships
  • +5 years of partnerships & business development experience in relevant domains
  • Experience in working on strategic partnerships with demonstrable results
  • An understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models operating in an ecosystem with a large number of partners
  • In-depth understanding of the factors that contribute to sustainable partnerships over the long-term
  • You have a strategic and systematic approach to thinking, with an ability to understand the interconnections and nuances between different types of partnerships and a wide range of business objectives
  • Ability to manage and guide outcomes through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • Effective at developing connections with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to present up to the leadership level internally and externally
  • Demonstrated capability of working effectively with minimal supervision and comfort in a fast-paced environment
  • An attentive team player who prioritizes working together towards shared goals
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience within the Martech, Adtech, and data technology industries is required for this role
  • You are comfortable working across time zones when needed and are willing and able to travel globally to support delivering the required impact for this role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and strategically grow a portfolio of existing partnerships
  • Operate as the engagement manager on these partnerships and overseeing business rhythm activities and growth initiative development with these partners in conjunction with our internal teams
  • Manage the development of business cases and opportunity analysis for new partnership pursuits
  • Support negotiations and planning with partners throughout the process
  • Engage cross-functionally and work closely with internal teams, such as product, marketing, sales, customer success & operations to accomplish our goals and objectives
  • Develop trusted relationships with our partner ecosystem and within the industry more broadly - help identify and source new business opportunities
  • Represent Supermetrics where needed at partner and industry events externally
  • Maintain regular communication on business momentum and updates on key initiatives with internal and external stakeholders (inc. at the leadership level)
