Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, product management or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, dbt, Python, and/or R
• Experience working with large and complex datasets
• Hyper-analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and a curiosity to explore data and find insights
• You are a highly motivated, result-oriented self-starter, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver successful results with minimal guidance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Challenge the status quo, and drive data backed decision making
• Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues across all areas of our business
• Develop and maintain product performance dashboards, reports and analytics tools that offer insights into key performance indicators and support business decision making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities based on data-driven insights and recommend appropriate metrics for measuring performance
• Develop and implement product testing strategies to inform product development decisions and shape business decisions based on insights and trends
• Manage the entire data lifecycle, including data collection, processing, and utilizing insights to make informed decisions
• Define and cultivate best practices in analytics instrumentation and experimentation
