Sales Operations Associate

Summary

Join GFiber, an Alphabet company, as a Sales Operations Associate, supporting core processes for the Multifamily, Multi-tenant (MxU) business segment. You will act as a point of contact between local market teams and MxU property owners and managers, ensuring successful tracking, billing enrollment, and launch of Bulk Billed properties, managing purchase orders and facilitating timely payment of owner incentives, and managing POs and facilitating the deployment of Wifi solutions at properties. This role involves working internally with stakeholders in finance, accounting, and local market teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of workflows, working externally with property owners, managers, and homeowners associations (HOAs) to onboard to GFiber systems, and providing reporting to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years direct experience in MxU operations at an internet service provider (ISP)
• Proficiency with the Salesforce CRM, Google Sheets (or Excel)
• Experience managing complex projects or processes end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Work internally with stakeholders in finance, accounting, and local market teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of workflows
• Work externally with property owners, managers, and homeowners associations (HOAs) to onboard to our systems to make and/or receive payments; assist in resolving escalations and disputes
• Provide reporting to senior stakeholders at GFiber

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years experience (internally or externally) working with property managers, developers, or similar entities involved in multifamily community management and construction
• Project management certification
• Experience with managed WiFi technology solutions

Benefits

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $91,000 - $133,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits
