Strategy Intern

Summary

Join Fixico, a rapidly expanding car damage repair marketplace, as a Strategy Intern! This remote or Amsterdam-based internship (3-6 months, 32-40 hours/week) focuses on competitive analysis within the Dutch, Belgian, and German markets. You will conduct market research, analyze competitors, validate Fixico's value proposition, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. The ideal candidate is a native Dutch speaker with strong analytical skills and experience in qualitative and quantitative research. Requirements

• A native Dutch speaker with excellent English skills
• Currently pursuing or graduating in Economics, International Business, or MBA studies
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research
• Interest in automotive technology, SaaS, and digital transformation
• Experience with survey design, customer interviews, or similar research methods during your studies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google sheets and slides
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently

Responsibilities

• Analyse competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and unique selling points (USPs) in our Dutch, Belgian and German market, as well as exploring international players
• Track competitors' offerings, pricing models, customer acquisition strategies, and technological advancements
• Compare and benchmark Fixico’s offerings against competitors, identifying areas where we excel and where we can improve
• Develop and execute research initiatives to measure Fixico's added value compared to industry standards
• Conduct interviews and surveys with customers and repairers to gather insights on Fixico's service effectiveness and perceived value
• Synthesise findings into reports with actionable recommendations to support Fixico's positioning and product development strategies
• Present key insights, trends, and recommendations to the Fixico leadership team, providing data-driven support for strategic decisions
