Summary

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in similar roles that involve data analytics and strategic thinking: Consulting, Banking, Fintech a plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Jeeves is a global company and English is the language we use internally to communicate between regions. Portuguese language is a plus
  • Must be able to do complex analysis using tools like Excel, SQL or programming languages like Python or R. Must be able to summarize and visualize data to communicate impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop frameworks around medium and long-term strategic decisions for Jeeves
  • Data analysis of the internal and external environment to drive strategic decisions around processes, pricing, and product prioritizations
  • KPI and dashboard management to support general managers and decision-makers with data
  • Project scoping and management of priority initiatives to be implemented across the go-to-market organization
  • Execute operational improvement initiatives and process improvement implementation across regions
  • Outline new multi-department processes to drive Jeeves strategic decisions
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to build the required features and functionalities to drive our go-to-market strategy
  • Identify company-wide needs and serve as a cross-functional connector to surface them to appropriate teams
  • Create compelling storylines for external stakeholders, senior management, and our board

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Good communication. Experience creating presentations and leading discussions at all levels of an organization. Conveying data in structured ways and identifying the β€˜what if’ of complex analysis
  • Agile and able to pivot quickly with the changing environment (Jeeves is growing and our team’s priorities can quickly shift)
  • Collaborative, team-oriented, open-minded, and excellent follow through
  • Ability to be hands-on and do operational work if necessary, to ensure the reliability of our product and cross-functional support
