Summary

Join PartnerStack's Product Operations team as a Product Operations Analyst and leverage data to drive product-led growth. You will work closely with the Engineering, Design, and Product (EDP) team, using SQL, Looker, and other tools to analyze data, inform product strategies, and communicate progress. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather customer feedback, and run experiments to enhance user engagement. Requirements

  • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (BigQuery, Looker, Pendo, Metabase etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a demonstrated track record of leveraging data to drive product success and business impact
  • Solid understanding of product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and release management processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create messaging for a variety of audiences

Responsibilities

  • Source your own data (using SQL, Looker, Metabase, …), querying our databases and producing impactful insights to influence decision making across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Leverage analytics and market research to inform product strategies and prioritization that will drive user engagement and satisfaction
  • Represent the data POV across EDP teams and ensure everyone is working in unison to maximize the value from our data
  • Work closely with EDP, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful product rollouts and iterations
  • Be the liaison between internal cross-functional partners and the product team
  • Regularly interact with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs, translating this into product enhancements and new features
  • Run structured experiments to drive a deeper understanding into user behaviour and create visibility into user engagement with specific product features
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success and inform future development
  • Align product metrics with the company’s OKRs and help communicate our progress against them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working hands-on with data as part of a Product team in industries such as Technology, Consulting, Venture Capital or within high-growth startups
  • Industry knowledge about the B2B SaaS space, affiliate marketing, partnership ecosystems
