Summary

The job is for a Strategy & Operations Associate at Pontera, a fast-growing fintech company. Requirements

  • 2-4 years prior work experience in a strategic or analytical role preferably within Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, FinTech or B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, and/or Finance preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to lead and influence external and internal stakeholders
  • History of mastering PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Salesforce and Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
  • Highly adaptable. A self-starter with a strong business sense and an ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Unmatched attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing quality and accountable to meeting deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Be the strategic engine behind growth initiatives involving industry-leading FinTechs and wealth management firms
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales and Marketing teams to enable continued growth of our scaled partnerships
  • Manage new integration projects through key milestones – from development to ‘customer one’ to broad rollout – owning all aspects of the launch
  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on Pontera’s integrations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop materials for Pontera’s C-Suite for Board of Directors meetings and to use in pitch meetings with Executives at prospective partners and clients
