Summary

The job is for a CRM & Loyalty Intern at Mito Next, a company specializing in data-driven marketing and technology. The intern should be a student with active status for the next 6 months, have good English and Hungarian language skills, be interested in learning about digital solutions and technology in marketing, and be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and design thinking/service design disciplines.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft’s infamous children (Excel, Word, and Power Point! Plus, we also like to use Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.)
  • Excellent skills in Hungarian and English

Responsibilities

  • Supporting CRM and customer loyalty specialists and experts with the planning of both ad-hoc and long-term activities on our projects
  • Supporting consultant and client success management colleagues’ work with knowledge gathering and desk research
  • Preparing and publishing digital content for various digital platforms
  • Assistance in community management tasks related to CRM and loyalty program maintenance
  • Implementing email campaigns and automations using the most popular email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp, Salesforce, or Marketo
  • Using Content Management Systems and project management software
  • Precise project execution, including briefing, tracking of progress, and timing
  • Participating in client and internal meetings
  • Providing transparent status updates to stakeholders on a regular basis and flagging risks
  • Effective internal communication with the team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the design thinking / service design disciplines and/or any previous project management experience
