Remote Studio Designer

Summary

Upwork is seeking a talented Studio Designer to join its Creative Team. The designer will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions across various channels, adhering to the brand's visual style guide, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires at least 5 years of brand or agency experience, proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation design skills in Google Slides.

Requirements

• 5+ years brand or agency experience
• Experience working on integrated, digital, social, and product-first campaigns
• Strong attention to detail, process, and excellent communication skills
• Experience bringing design ideas to life with high quality comps and skills in creative software and other tools (Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong understanding of print, digital, OOH, video, social, events, and emerging channels while adhering to the brand’s visual style guide from concept to delivery
• Communicate innovative design solutions to stakeholders in clear, concise ways to both marketing and product audiences
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with art directors, writers, product designers, strategists, producers, designers and production managers
• Translate creative concepts into accessible design directions, solutions, and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion production is a plus
