Requirements

• A seasoned Studio Manager with proven experience overseeing high-end production studios
• Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in graphic design or similar
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience managing studios and teams
• A strong interest and passion for CGI
• A strong communicator and natural collaborator, capable of fostering relationships internally and externally, including with clients
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented and driven by a passion for excellence in visual content

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the studio team, including Retouch, CGI, and Motion Design, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality output
• Partner with Producers and directly engage with clients, offering expertise in high-end visual content production
• Oversee team workload and resource allocation, balancing project complexity and individual team strengths
• Accurately forecast resources and needs based on scope and timelines projection from Project Management
• Track production detailed production data and provide efficiency analysis
• Manage a list of capable freelancers
• Set creative standards by leading high-level retouching work and signing off on studio deliverables
• Develop and refine briefs to maximize creative and production efficiency
• Work closely with all relevant teams to optimize workflow and ensure project efficiency
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development, fostering growth and skill enhancement
• Enhance and evolve post-production processes to drive efficiency and innovation
• Lead and oversee high-end retouching projects, ensuring the final output meets the highest creative and technical standards
