Requirements

• 4+ years of established leadership experience in managing a team of 20-30 stylists (previous Stylist experience is a plus)
• Amazing verbal and written skills
• Organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and have a growth mindset
• Strong analytical background and well versed in Excel and Powerpoint
• High interest in e-commerce, fashion, consumer brands, and emerging technologies
• Comfortable working on a small team where your ideas and efforts will have direct application (previous experience working in e-commerce or a tech startup is a big plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and inspire a Team of 20-30 part-time remote stylists
• Ensure the team is meeting all business goals as well as styling and delighting clients
• Own your Team's operational functions including schedule compliance, box completion, time-off/sick time, and hour approvals
• Lead All Stylist Calls, host 1:1’s for each of your Team members, onboard new Stylists, and create an engaging and rewarding employee experience
• Coach your team members to improve overall Styling success and execute personalized performance plans when needed
