Requirements

  • Degree in translation, linguistics or similar field of study
  • Minimum 3 years of localization industry, preferably in tech
  • Experience with CAT, CMS and TMS
  • Experience in managing Translation Memories, Glossaries and Style Guides
  • Experience in building and managing a team
  • Ability to manage operations at scale
  • Proficiency in managing technical processes
  • Analytical skills and experience or passion for being data-driven
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish

Responsibilities

  • Work with external providers to deliver localized content
  • Dedicate time to find localization issues in app and on the website
  • Use data to determine priorities and scope of projects
  • Develop and manage the localization team
  • Liaise between product teams, marketing and design teams
  • Promote localization efforts within the company
  • Develop, own and maintain relationships with regional stakeholders
  • Review and influence Machine Translation and AI-generated translation
