Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the contract renewal process
  • Strategically manage our clients' indicators: financial analysis, monitoring sales results and creation of strategies to maximize results
  • Plan and implement actions with customers to generate increased sales, such as: activations in customer units, digital campaigns, incentive campaigns, etc
  • Propose improvements in processes, ensuring that the operation and daily routines are aligned with customer expectations
  • Mediate conflicts, proposing a solution that satisfies the customer and the business
  • Identify new opportunities with existing customers
  • Extract and analyze data to transform them into relevant information
