Requirements
- Bachelor's degree -- preferably in accounting, finance, or business-related field
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Analysis, or a related field supporting Success team(s)
- Track record of instituting and improving success processes that have led to lasting, measurable impact
- Expertise in end-to-end analysis, including business case development and financial modeling
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn with demonstrated success in high-growth technology or top-tier consulting companies
- Strong background in implementing and managing a sales tool stack (e.g. CRM, ABM, Contact Scoring, Lead Gen, email outreach, sales engagement)
- Portfolio of projects focused on performance metrics and sales pipeline efficiency
- Proven experience successfully working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Own and improve success programs to drive revenue and growth, incubating new ideas and enabling process improvements across our mid-funnel for pros and customers
- Partnering with data science, finance, legal and Success leadership to ensure its success and ROI
- Identify and prioritize initiatives with the highest impact; stay agile and adjust as priorities shift
- Partner with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to enhance pro and customer experiences and unlock growth
- Contribute to building and refining the playbook for Success operations at Thumbtack
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a marketplace business
- Salesforce Certifications related to Sales Cloud
- Experience writing SQL and creating visualizations to tell a story and make decisions
