Summary

This remote position, exclusively for Brazil-based residents, requires at least 4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on recruitment processes and systems. Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on Recruitment processes & systems
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Hex or similar platforms for reporting and analysis
- Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, running multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key contributor to People and Talent operations, focusing on process optimization and data reporting and entry
- Support and improve people processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Utilize and optimize our technology stack—including Paylocity, Ashby ATS, and other tools—to support reporting and operational workflows
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to leadership and stakeholders
- Partner on strategic projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning
- Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve People and Talent processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency and data integrity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with process improvement or operational frameworks
- Familiarity with employee engagement, workforce planning, head count management or talent optimization strategies
- Familiarity with UKG
- Strong communication skills to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps
