Operations Analyst

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, with a focus on Recruitment processes & systems
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, Hex or similar platforms for reporting and analysis
• Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment, running multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contributor to People and Talent operations, focusing on process optimization and data reporting and entry
• Support and improve people processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Utilize and optimize our technology stack—including Paylocity, Ashby ATS, and other tools—to support reporting and operational workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Partner on strategic projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce planning
• Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve People and Talent processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process efficiency and data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement or operational frameworks
• Familiarity with employee engagement, workforce planning, head count management or talent optimization strategies
• Familiarity with UKG
• Strong communication skills to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps
