Summary

Join Point72's Strategic Implementation Team as a summer intern and gain hands-on experience in project management, leadership development, and networking opportunities. You will work alongside fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals, while also developing technical, writing, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• A small and collaborative team to gain a foundational understanding of strategic initiatives within a global company
• Coordinating, developing meeting materials, and executing deliverables for top firm initiatives while working in conjunction with business units
• Collaborating with representatives from functions across the firm to create detailed project plans and timelines
• The development and deployment of the strategic operating model
• Supporting workstream meetings with stakeholders
• Documenting current state and conducting root cause analysis, and partnering with stakeholders to develop solutions
• Supporting development playbooks for key activities
