  • Responsible for customer service, team management, and report analysis
  • Online team management and analysis of reports and meetings
  • Service team management and KPI tracking
  • Idea and execution of improvement plans for customer service and complaint trends
  • Coordination of weekly operation follow-up meetings with team and C-Suits level
