Summary
The job is for a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor working remotely for a Transport company. The role involves customer service, team management, report analysis, and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a supervisor in a contact center, including analysis of metrics, indicators, and reports
- High analytical capacity, experience with report creation and data management
- Advanced or graduate studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
- Bilingual English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Responsible for customer service, team management, and report analysis
- Online team management and analysis of reports and meetings
- Service team management and KPI tracking
- Idea and execution of improvement plans for customer service and complaint trends
- Coordination of weekly operation follow-up meetings with team and C-Suits level
