Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality, supplier management or related role

Responsibilities

  • Support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of a robust QMS aligned with industry regulations and best practices
  • Monitor supplier performance and compliance by analyzing performance data, identify trends and implement continuous improvement and corrective actions through problem solving methods (8Ds, etc.)
  • Identify and mitigate supplier-related quality risks, developing contingency plans
  • Conduct regular supplier audits and qualify new suppliers by conducting assessments and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company goals and policies
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering and DC Operations to ensure supplier quality alignment and integrate quality principles on the supplier base (PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, etc.)
  • Develop and implement supplier quality policies, agreements and documentation
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance supplier quality capabilities
  • Create and implement new RMA processes, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and customer-centric
  • Manage the team of MRB coordinators and the day-to-day operations of the RMA process
  • Prepare and present reports on RMA activities and supplier quality performance metrics
