Summary

The Supplier Integration Manager at CFS is responsible for integrating suppliers into the early stages of product design to optimize schedule, cost, and quality. The role requires extensive experience in technical sourcing, supply chain management, and contracting, with a focus on metallic raw materials or metallic machined components in aerospace, R&D, or manufacturing environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years minimum experience managing metallic raw materials or metallic machined components in aerospace, R&D, or manufacturing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive technical knowledge of contracting of long lead time items based on project milestones
  • Minimum 10 years of supply chain management experience
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50% of time and to remote sites

Responsibilities

  • Identify, on-board, develop and maintain relationships with best value suppliers
  • Lead the source selection process
  • Maximize supplier performance
  • Lead negotiations of long-term supply agreements and other contracts
  • Understand CFS technical requirements for raw materials and connect CFS with suppliers who have a compatible technical or development roadmap
  • Develop, implement, and manage global strategies to provide value in supply assurance, pricing, flexibility, quality, and delivery performance
  • Benchmark new processes, approaches, and technologies that provide improvements and value for CFS
  • Research, identify and analyze current and emerging procurement trends, develop a deep understanding of market conditions and materials, and create global supply chain solutions focusing on total cost of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Established network of contacts within the global raw materials supply chain
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment

Benefits

$80,000 - $180,000 a year Salary range for this full-time position + equity + benefits. The actual salary will depend on level, location, qualifications, and experience
