Responsibilities

• Manage operations for certain Withings products such as scales and connected watches
• Diagnose, clean, and reassemble products
• Perform mechanical and electronic quality control tests
• Identify defects and dysfunctions and make necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with Supply, Quality, and Industrialization teams for pre-investigations on returned products
