Requirements

  • 4 year college degree required / Bachelor degree Business or Supply Chain Management / Logistics
  • In depth knowledge of various ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Package [Excel – Advanced/Expert level, Word, Outlook (Proficient in managing a high level of daily email activity), PowerPoint, Project Management tools
  • Efficient in data visualization tools – Tableau, OBIEE or PowerBI
  • Experience in analyzing large data sets business processes, gathering and documenting business/system requirements
  • Ability to meet daily & weekly deadlines to achieve the departmental SLA’s

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily execution activities with 3rd party service providers independently and resolve various customer fulfilment and freight management exceptions by working cross functionally with internal and external teams
  • Participate in design and implementation of ERP-Systems/applications to meet business needs and drive automation initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems enhancements
  • Identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Undertake ad-hoc queries and perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis to resolve operational issues and drive operational excellence
  • Serve as owner of logistics KPIs by analyzing supplier performance indicators, leading regular KPI reviews and driving root cause and corrective actions with our service providers
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and cost savings

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain management, inventory management or related field preferred
  • Experience with EDI a plus
