Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience in Supply Chain management
• Make decisions confidently and demonstrate strong ownership
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new things
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations

Responsibilities

• Forecast raw material levels and initiate new orders
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
• Coordinate with the manufacturing facility regarding regular audits, discrepancies, and the implementation of corrective actions
• Oversee storage, shipping, and receiving operations
• Maintain shipment records to identify patterns in errors or delays
• Use internal systems and other tools to track and manage inventory
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments
• Learn and apply best practices for efficient inventory management
• Implement inventory management strategies to minimize costs
• Regular negotiations with suppliers
