Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4-6 years of hands-on planning experience and data analysis with a focus on operations
  • 2+ Years of work or academic experience with SQL, advanced spreadsheet skills
  • 2+ Years of work experience with planning tools (Toolio, Blue Ridge or similar)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Big Query, Looker or equivalent
  • Self starter who is comfortable working with data independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Particularly adept at working with both business and technical stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment
  • Experience with supply chain processes and the associated data needed to support these businesses
  • Experience in a fast-paced, start-up e-commerce environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate and take on other projects
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Reside and be authorized to work within the United States

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing relationships with partner factories, suppliers, and fulfillment centers to help execute inbound supply planning tasks
  • Collaborate closely with the Demand Planning team to ensure data accuracy and maintain visibility into demand signals, supporting accurate supply plans
  • Support communication across teams (operations, sales, finance) to track the status of products, shipment and arrival dates, and help identify any changes to the supply plan
  • Coordinate with sourcing and operations partners to ensure timely shipment of products and improve visibility of inbound inventory, with a focus on maintaining strong stock levels while managing costs
  • Work with partners to help optimize lead times, improve flexibility, and monitor raw material availability for more efficient supply chain operations
  • Assist with cross-site communications and support stakeholders in aligning timelines, priorities, and deliverables, contributing to meeting the company’s goals
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting the team in ensuring production partners meet shipment timelines to help maintain high in-stock rates
  • Utilize data to help generate insights that contribute to alignment with both internal teams and external partners, supporting the overall organizational objectives
