  • Working knowledge of SQL and APIs

  • Outstanding communication skills, both in technical and non-technical contexts
  • The ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting while also excelling as an individual contributor when required

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of, prioritize, and skillfully troubleshoot complex technical issues, delivering exceptional solutions to our clients
  • Serve as a pivotal source of expertise on the sardine risk and payment platform, along with its APIs, SDKs, underlying web-stack technologies, and industry best practices
  • Proactively implement and deploy changes to enhance the customer experience and address their evolving needs
  • Cultivate innovation and forward-thinking, dedicating time to create invaluable tools and comprehensive documentation that empower both our team and clients to achieve greater success
