Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer support requests, typically requiring online availability on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (ARG)
• Answer customer questions
• Update system configuration
• Troubleshoot issues
• Take on software development tasks during downtime
• Implement process improvements to create support tooling and modify product functionality
• Strive to eliminate or reduce the time to handle recurring issues

• Have commercial software development experience
