Requirements

• Knowledge of websites driven by content management systems (CMS, specifically WordPress)
• Google Certification is desired but not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with incoming requests via phone or email
• Act as a technical resource for customers using our products and services
• Help customers and teammates via tickets and real-time discussions using a variety of research, debugging, tools, processes, detailed reporting, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of social media as used for business marketing (specifically LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Understanding of and familiarity with digital marketing concepts, tactics, and tools
