You will respond to client inquiries, assist with multiple products, collaborate with internal teams to improve the product, and create knowledge-based content. Requirements

  • College diploma or 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proven proficiency in problem solving
  • Portray high level of professionalism and confidence to clients
  • Technology proficient

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions and issues via phone and ticketing software (Zendesk and Jira)
  • Assist clients across multiple products
  • Work with Product and Development teams to help improve the product and deliver solutions to clients
  • Document frequently asked questions and prepare knowledge-based content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with customer support teams and processes
  • An understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience with issue ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk
  • Experience with traditional overnight/athletic camps or retreat centers (staff or camper)
