Join Quantis as a Food & Beverage Sustainability Strategist and contribute to developing and delivering winning sustainability strategies for US clients. This remote role blends account management, sales, relationship management, strategy creation, and tactical implementation. You will work with top sustainability leaders, mentor team members, and help design new services. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of business development and sales experience primarily focusing on growing key accounts and executing sales initiatives to bring on new clients in collaboration with sales enablement support
- Have an understanding of business strategy and/or strategy consulting, complemented with expertise in the corporate sustainability space
- Be a proactive team player that works quickly, independently and on schedule
- Have top-notch analytical and organizational skills
- Communicate effectively and efficiently, both verbally and in writing
- Have experience at, and be passionate about, supporting the growth and development of your colleagues
- For 3-5 years, have had exposure to and interest in corporate sustainability
- Have a successful track record in building and deploying strategies for internal or external clients
- Have the ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to help the client along their sustainability journey
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit to be part of a team finding new solutions using this expertise to change the world
Responsibilities
- Grow key stakeholder relationships, while accelerating the transformation of the clients toward sustainability
- Contribute to sales processes and business development conversations
- Support the shaping and delivery of all Quantis solutions around the strategy, bringing in our expertise on science, metrics, tools, communications and more
- Oversee the successful delivery of consulting projects sold, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met or exceeded
- Proactively co-create with our other Quantis team members to strengthen our delivery of strategy-related services
- Operate as an effective project team leader
- Helping to design the next generation of sustainability transformation offerings
- Confidently and effectively advocate for project / scope / team in face of client demands
Preferred Qualifications
- Be an experienced and motivated account manager or seasoned consultant in the food and beverage sector (or similar sector) looking for an opportunity to work with top sustainability leaders and experts
- Be highly motivated by the challenges of guiding global companies on a sustainable change pathway, adapting your strategy expertise to new challenges and innovating new paths to success
