Summary

Join Parsley Health as their seasoned SVP of Marketing to lead DTC and B2B2C marketing initiatives. This remote-first position (with preference for NYC-based candidates) requires a full-stack marketer with extensive DTC and B2B2C healthcare marketing expertise. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee all marketing channels, lead a marketing team, ensure flawless campaign execution, and collaborate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of marketing experience, including significant DTC healthcare experience, and a deep passion for functional health and root-cause medicine. Requirements

  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with a significant portion in DTC healthcare
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, content, lifecycle marketing, influencer, product marketing, brand partnerships, paid search & social, events & activations, PR & comms, and direct mail
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and data analytics
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup environment, with a willingness to be hands-on
  • Deeply passionate about functional health, root-cause medicine, and a new approach to healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Oversee and optimize all marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, influencer partnerships, product marketing, partner marketing, employee & member activation, brand partnerships, paid search & social, direct mail, events & activations, PR & comms, etc. to deliver on KPIs
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Be willing to get hands dirty and dive deep into the details, ensuring flawless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Utilize analytics and data insights to continually refine marketing strategies and improve ROI
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and drive holistic growth
  • Champion the Parsley Health brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpointsโ€“and especially through PR and communications
