Summary

Join our international team of top engineers at OLX Group and contribute to the availability and performance of our internal IT systems. You will operate a global IT system, design integration solutions using low-code/no-code tools, troubleshoot integration issues, automate services, build operational policies, translate business needs into technical concepts, and provide L3 support for systems like Boomi, Okta, and Google Workspace. You will also ensure our services meet modern security standards, solve performance issues, provide automation solutions for L1/L2 teams, and build tooling to increase transparency in production systems. This role requires strong scripting and API interaction skills, knowledge of integration concepts, and experience with Okta and Google Workspace administration. Requirements

  • Scripting and interaction with APIs (Python, Bash, Shell scripting)
  • Understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping
  • Knowledgeable about Identity and Access Management concepts
  • Functional experience with advanced Okta administration (Security, Workflows, OIDC integrations)
  • Experience with utilizing Okta REST API or similar IdP platforms for engineering purposes (Mass update operations, Information pulling)
  • Fluent in SSO protocol configuration and troubleshooting (SAML, OIDC)
  • Proven experience in administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian stack etc
  • Experience with integration Middleware platforms (e.g. Dell Boomi), no-code/low-code (ie Workato, Make, Zapier)
  • Knowledge of core Internet protocols and core networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Ownership, curiosity and a phenomenal teammate
  • Good verbal and written English

Responsibilities

  • Operate a global constantly evolving Internal IT System at scale
  • Designing and developing integration solutions between various systems and applications utilizing low code/no-code tools (mainly Boomi)
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integrations and data flows
  • Proactively handle and automate many aspects of our services and their daily operation in the Cloud
  • Build policies and procedure to support Infra team operations and ongoing compliance
  • Translate business needs into technical concepts and processes
  • Act as a L3 support and owner for systems such as Boomi, Okta, Google Workspace etc
  • Ensure that our services and infrastructure are up-to-date with modern security standards
  • Solve and diagnose availability and performance issues
  • Provide automation and solutions for L1 and L2 support teams that can make the completion of their tasks easier
  • Build tooling to increase transparency into our running production systems, measure performance continuously, and act upon changes

Preferred Qualifications

Experience utilising Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure for infrastructure, workflows and automations
