Systems Administrator

Summary

Join Grow Therapy's team as a Systems Administrator to help expand the IT department and drive forward-looking IT projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in IT systems
• Managed SSO and SCIM integrations
• Maintained permission and access structures
• Worked with MDM platforms such as Addigy and Intune
• Experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft Active Directory
• Experience troubleshooting common issues and working with end users

Responsibilities

• Working with our People + Talent department to Onboard and Offboard employees, including streamlining the process through SAML integrations
• Supporting our employees by triaging and servicing IT requests in accordance with our SLAs
• Driving forward-looking IT projects that improve the systems, policies, and infrastructure of Grow Therapy
• Partnering closely with team leadership to implement solutions and resolve issues in an environment that’s fast paced and ever changing
• Help maintain NY office infrastructure (wifi network, printers, teleconferencing equipment, etc)
