Summary

Join Angiยฎ as an IT Enterprise Systems Engineer and ensure a consistent and reliable experience across all applications and services. Partner with the organization to maintain, install, and configure systems for current business needs. Work through complex issues, translate business needs into system requirements, design and configure systems, collaborate with vendors, and continuously develop expertise. Maintain system performance, document processes, and cross-train colleagues. Identify security risks and provide education. Actively participate in incident response and enhance playbooks. This role requires a BS or MS in a related IT field, 3+ years of experience supporting product/engineering functions, cloud infrastructure, and corporate infrastructure development, and experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian cloud, and Single Sign-On solutions. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • You have a BS or an MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related IT field
  • You have 3+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting: product/engineering functions
  • Cloud infrastructure
  • Corporate infrastructure development
  • You have 3+ years of experience working on an IT team supporting: Google Workspace Administrator
  • Atlassian cloud Administrator
  • You have experience with Single Sign-On/SAML solutions such as Okta, ADFS, Auth0, etc
  • You have experience defining and implementing internal practices and controls
  • You have experience building and maintaining telephony systems
  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to the appropriate audience

Responsibilities

  • Work through complex asks and issues not currently understood to find a path forward
  • Work with partners to turn Business needs into actionable system requirements
  • Design, Document, Update, and Configure based on requirements
  • Work with Vendors to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions
  • Continue to develop personal knowledge and expertise
  • Maintain and monitor system performance
  • Document and Cross train internally with other engineers and externally with Business users
  • Identify security risks, best practices, and provide education to the organization and team
  • Actively participate in all facets of the incident response lifecycle and enhance incident response playbooks leveraging automation to remediate issues or add context where possible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Contact Center Administrator is a plus
  • Software engineering/scripting experience is a plus
  • Willingness to proactively learn and apply new skills and technologies

  • The salary band for this position range s $70,000-$110,000 commensurate with experience and performance . Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living
