Summary

The job involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's systems infrastructure, monitoring system performance, ensuring connectivity, creating and maintaining documentation, and collaborating with IT security team. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is required along with proven experience in systems engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in systems engineering, including support, design, and development of infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with network architecture and data encryption techniques

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the organization's systems infrastructure
• Implement and design of hardware and software
• Monitor system performance to support capacity planning, identifying bottlenecks and devising solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications
• Create and maintain system documentation and configuration data for regulatory and audit purposes
• Collaborate with IT security team to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with security policies
