Systems Engineer

Summary

Join Perforce's IT Infrastructure Department as a Systems Engineer and manage global shared services like directory services (EntraID, Active Directory, OpenLDAP), DNS, and DHCP. You will elevate automation tools, streamline the Mobile Device Management platform, and manage hyperscaler resources in Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in IT operations
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
• Excellent verbal and written communicator
• Must be comfortable dealing with stakeholders in crisis situations
• Understanding of common Agile project management concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to work effectively as part of a project/program team and foster team cooperation

Responsibilities

• Participates in the continuous development, monitoring, and troubleshooting of shared service applications such as DNS, DHCP and directory services (Active Directory, EntraID, OpenLDAP)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems
• Implements operational and security policies and procedures throughout service delivery lifecycle
• Implements a cost-effective operation of an on-premise/public/hybrid cloud IaaS, monitoring and configuration tools
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures
• Automates tasks for speed and consistency. Works with and extends configuration management tools
• Provide technical support to employees, addressing their IT-related queries and issues
