Summary
Join RSI Security as a Systems Integration & Automation Specialist to integrate, optimize, and automate internal tools and systems. You will design and manage integrations between internal and third-party platforms, utilizing APIs, Zapier, and other automation tools. Responsibilities include automating tasks, troubleshooting issues, analyzing workflows, and implementing scalable solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training, and maintain documentation. Success in this role involves significantly reducing manual workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding/offboarding, minimizing automation failures, and maintaining consistent data across systems. The position requires HubSpot experience, knowledge of project management tools, and proficiency in scripting languages.
Requirements
- HubSpot experience is required, including CRM automation and marketing workflows
- Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira, Kantata/Mavenlink, Scoro ) and other CRM platforms
- Experience in systems integration and workflow automation
- Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting complex processes
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage integrations between internal tools and third-party platforms
- Utilize APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Softr.ai or similar automation tools
- Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems
- Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities
- Implement scalable and efficient solutions to reduce manual workload
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored automation solutions
- Support onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of internal tools
- Provide training and documentation on automation processes and best practices
- Set up error handling and monitoring for integration stability
- Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices in systems automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance) to identify integration gaps and automation opportunities
- Build and maintain data flows between systems like HubSpot, QuickBooks, Asana, Google Workspace, JazzHR, and SparkHire
- Ensure proper user provisioning/deprovisioning through automated workflows
- Maintain internal SOPs and integration documentation
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with database management and SQL (preferred)
