Summary

Join Trustly's Systems Integration Engineers team and become a key player in providing technical support to merchants. You will act as a point of escalation for internal and third-party issues, liaising between different teams and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Trustly technology. Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, working with various communication channels, supporting account configuration, and maintaining documentation. This role requires excellent English skills, proficiency in Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML, database queries, and RESTful API calls. The ideal candidate will also possess knowledge of AWS, Salesforce, and other Trustly technologies. Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
  • The candidate must be able to develop simple solutions using Java or C#, JavaScript, HTML and database queries
  • The candidate must know how to do RESTful API calls
  • The candidate must be able to debug and investigate issues raised by merchants and Trustly's teams
  • The candidate must be able to quality assure the new features delivered provided by Product will suffice Merchant's needs
  • Knowledge of other Trustly adopted technologies: AWS Cloud Computing, Salesforce Service Cloud and Database queries

Responsibilities

  • Be a point of escalation for the Merchant Services team on internal technology and third party processing partner issues
  • Work with Dev/Product Support to resolve escalated issues from the Operations and Integrations teams
  • Be a liaison between Dev/Product and Merchant Services teams
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in existing and new Trustly technology for all Trustly teams
  • Share Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge on multiple channels: a ticketing system, public forums, online chat, social networks, client calls, and more
  • Work on Account Configuration and Operational tasks to support the Integrations team
  • Be part of a 24/7 service in support of the Merchant Services team
  • Create and maintain documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous knowledge of mobile platforms
  • Previous experience in cloud software development
  • Previous knowledge of payments services
