Requirements

  • 2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of API integrations
  • Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues
  • Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions
  • Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
  • Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing
  • Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs
  • Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations
  • Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations
  • Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues
  • Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with SQL or other query languages
