Requirements

  • Experience in systems integration and workflow automation
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript) for advanced automation
  • HubSpot experience is required (CRM automation, data sync, etc.)
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Asana, Jira) and other CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting complex processes

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage integrations between internal tools and third-party platforms
  • Utilize APIs, Webhooks, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation tools
  • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Analyze existing workflows to identify automation opportunities
  • Implement scalable and efficient solutions to reduce manual workload
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop tailored automation solutions
  • Support onboarding, implementation, and maintenance of internal tools
  • Provide training and documentation on automation processes and best practices
  • Set up error handling and monitoring for integration stability
  • Stay updated on new tools, technologies, and best practices in systems automation

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with database management and SQL (preferred)
