Join Sustainable Talent, a leader in Recruiting as a Service, as a Workday Integration Specialist! This full-time, W-2 contract position, based in Santa Clara, CA (remote option available), offers competitive pay ($66-77/hr) and full benefits. You will play a key role in our Beeline implementation, developing and optimizing Workday integrations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data exchange and efficient business operations. Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Have 3–7 years of experience integrating Workday with other systems, particularly Beeline
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), Beeline APIs, and data transformation using XML, JSON, and SQL
  • Understand contingent workforce management, HR procurement, and related system integrations
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to resolve integration issues, and experience managing multiple integration projects
  • Be able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Beeline using Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Beeline APIs to support data flows for contingent workforce management
  • Partner with Beeline consultants, HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless integration alignment, and optimize workflows
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal business disruption and continuous data accuracy
  • Develop test cases to validate integration functionality, maintain up-to-date technical documentation, and provide reports on integration performance and issue resolution
  • Stay current with Workday and Beeline updates, recommend enhancements, and ensure integrations comply with data security and privacy standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)
  • Have experience with broader HRIS/ERP integrations
  • Be familiar with data security/compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, SOC2)
