Summary

Join SEON, a leading fraud prevention company, as a TA Ops Coordinator and support the Talent Acquisition team in optimizing recruiting processes. Requirements

  • Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Coda, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or HiBob is ideal
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate well and have the ability to interact with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners professionally and effectively
  • Ability to manage and track candidate data accurately, ensuring no important details are overlooked
  • Proactive and resourceful when it comes to solving challenges or streamlining processes
  • A passion for working in a startup environment, where flexibility, collaboration, and a positive attitude are key to success. Bottomline, you’re a team player!
  • Experience collaborating across international offices and timezones. And an adaptability to working early morning and across multiple time zones to support global hiring needs and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth, positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and providing updates as needed
  • Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter account, ensuring data accuracy, effective reporting, and a seamless flow of candidate information
  • Assist in generating regular reports on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, diversity metrics, etc.), helping leadership make data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with the team to identify and implement improvements in the recruiting workflow, from job requisition approval to candidate offer
  • Assist, as needed, with the team and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and interview feedback
  • Assist in drafting compelling job postings, social media posts, and TA branding materials, as needed, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in our brand
  • Help the team build a pipeline for niche or evergreen roles, as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous Start-up Experience: Ideally in TA/Recruiting, HR operations, or a related field; SaaS experience is ideal
