Requirements
- Some hands-on recruitment experience (you don’t need to be a pro yet — this is an Associate level role and we’ll help you level up fast)
- Proven experience moving fast, thriving in ambiguous environments, and being highly proactive in every aspect of your role
- A passion for building high-performing teams
- A love for testing, improving processes and making things more efficient
- The ability to think creatively, act boldly, and solve problems with first-principles thinking
- A high level of confidence working with generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, with a keen interest in this space and a passion for what it will do
- Note: you’ll also need to be comfortable working across multiple timezones throughout the UK and Canada
Responsibilities
- Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles, ensuring an outstanding experience for every candidate
- Deliver a best-in-class time to hire metric while maintaining an extremely high quality of hire
- Craft and execute strategies to attract A-players — people who live our DNA
- Craft candidate experiences that are engaging, memorable and boost our brand - from application to onboarding
- Help shape powerful position descriptions and talent campaigns that attract top talent
- Test, implement, and optimise AI-powered recruitment techniques to enhance the functions efficiency and effectiveness
- Improve hiring workflows, ensuring our process is seamless, data-driven, and continuously improving
- Leverage data insights to refine sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
