Summary
Join our global HR team as a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month contract. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent for technology and tech sales positions. This role offers high visibility and impact, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, collaborate with hiring managers, and achieve recruitment metrics. Furthermore, you will provide a positive candidate experience and consult on talent market trends. This is a high-impact role within a leading global security authority.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a primary focus on sourcing top talent for niche and leadership positions in technology and tech sales
- Expertise in Sourcing: Proven ability to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of creative and innovative techniques, including cold calling, social media, and networking through professional associations and niche websites
- Sales Talent Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and recruit top sales talent, with a strong network and a proven track record of successfully filling high-level sales and leadership roles
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Customer-Focused: A dedicated and thoughtful approach to working with hiring managers, HR teams, and candidates to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment, adjusting priorities as needed and managing a fast-paced workload
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to source and attract top talent for technology and tech sales roles, with a focus on creative, proactive sourcing methods
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines: Establish and maintain a robust network of candidates and referral sources to ensure a continuous pool of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and create interview questions tailored to technology and sales leadership roles
- Achieve recruitment metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, with a particular emphasis on building a robust and high-quality pipeline
- Provide a positive candidate experience: Maintain open, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience
- Consult on talent market trends: Advise internal stakeholders on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to support informed hiring decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in both corporate and agency/search firm environments is highly preferred
