Summary

Two95 International Inc. is offering a Talent Acquisition Internship for individuals interested in gaining experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The intern will assist with sourcing and screening resumes, conduct phone interviews, support recruiters in coordinating interviews, maintain candidate databases, and participate in recruitment projects. To qualify, candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, have an interest and passion for recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Interest and passion in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience
• Support recruiters in coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems
• Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
